Our peaceful sanctuary is located just blocks from Madison Square Park, at 137 E 25th St, 11th Floor, New York, NY.
Every element of our space, from the lighting and textures to the layout, has been carefully designed to create the optimal atmosphere for your experience.
Our space includes a welcome area, private treatment rooms, a recovery room, and one group room for experiences and events.

You can find InnerMost on the 11th floor at 137 East 25th St, in the heart of Manhattan’s Gramercy neighborhood and within the Baruch College area.
We’re conveniently located near multiple public transit options:
- Just a couple of blocks from the 6 train (23rd St & Park avenue)
- A short walk from the R/W lines (23rd St & Broadway)
- A longer walk from the F/M lines (23rd St & 6th Av)
- Also accessible via several MTA bus routes, including the M1, M2, M3, M101, M102, and M103, which all run along Lexington and 3rd Avenue nearby
If you’re coming from out of town, it’s also:
- A 15-minute subway ride or 25-minute walk from Grand Central Terminal
- About a 20-minute subway ride or 20-minute walk from Penn Station
When you arrive…
- You’ll notice a pedestrian plaza and gathering area out front on 25th St, typically full of Baruch College students—a good sign you’re in the right place. There are also benches and tables outside, adding to the campus-like atmosphere.
- The entrance to our building is the door to the right of the “Baruch College Welcome Center” (located at 137A E 25th). Sign in with either the doorman or one of our volunteers. The elevator will then take you to the beautiful penthouse on the 11th floor.
