Wayne Lee, LMSW
Psychotherapist
Wayne Lee, LMSW, serves as a psychotherapist at Innermost, bringing life experience and a holistic and creative approach to therapy that transcends traditional conversation. In her practice, Wayne integrates a clinical framework with ketamine assisted psychotherapy (KAP), combining a compassion-based focus on alignment, and connecting with the self. Wayne earned her Master’s in Social Work and a certification in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy from Columbia University and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Vassar College.
As an immigrant, a war survivor and a former fashion designer and entrepreneur Wayne brings a unique perspective in her therapeutic work. Wayne approaches the therapy space with the understanding that everyone possesses the capacity for healing and transformation. This innate inner strength is often waiting to be discovered from within and can be awakened with therapeutic support that encourages self-awareness, curiosity, and the readiness to face the unknown and embrace change, prioritizing authenticity, self-expression, and a deeper and meaningful connection with one’s true self.
