What is InnerMost?
Strong, emerging data on psychedelics and additional holistic therapies is driving demand for training amongst therapists, treatment amongst clients, and studies amongst researchers. Based in New York City and run by a world-class team of therapists and researchers, InnerMost will meet all three demands:
A critical bottleneck in the field of psychedelic-assisted therapy is hands-on training and supervision for therapists (MAPS intends to train 25,000 therapists by 2030). InnerMost will offer training in partnership with industry leaders and universities. Our team approaches—and teaches—mental, emotional, and physical health as interconnected. Instead of promoting outdated thinking that emphasizes brokenness, our aim is to empower people to bring forth their innermost selves.

InnerMost will offer psychedelic-assisted therapy both individually and in groups, starting with ketamine. This foundational service prepares InnerMost to provide additional psychedelic compounds as they are made legal. PAT will be administered in combination with additional healing modalities (e.g. somatic therapy, breathwork) that integrate mind, body, and spirit—creating a healing experience that nurtures the whole person, and promotes lasting transformation.

Psychedelic research is booming with more than 200 clinical trials in the works, and our team is uniquely qualified to be involved on the forefront of discovery. InnerMost’s co-founder, Dr. Casey Paleos, ran one of 12 sites nationally for the Phase III MDMA therapy trials. Our team is already designing upcoming studies in collaboration with our nonprofit partner, Nautilus Sanctuary.
