Offerings for Therapists

Free Info
Sessions

Led by psychedelic therapy experts, these info sessions introduce therapists to key principles of psychedelic-assisted therapy, harm reduction, and integration while grounding insights in practical clinical applications.

Ketamine Experiences

Small-group ketamine programs give clinicians the chance to personally explore non-ordinary states of consciousness, deepening self-awareness while gaining perspective on ketamine’s therapeutic potential.

Psychedelic Psychiatry Services

InnerMost provides safe, flexible, and collaborative medical and psychiatric support for integrating ketamine into therapy practices through both individual and group treatment options.

Community
Events

Monthly mixers bring together clinicians across disciplines to learn from psychedelic experts, exchange insights, and build community in a relaxed and collegial setting.

Clinical Supervision Groups

Facilitated supervision groups offer therapists structured support to discuss cases, refine skills, and grow their competence in psychedelic-assisted therapy.

Free Info Sessions

InnerMost Faculty offer info sessions that support therapists in building psychedelic competency. Drawing on both clinical expertise and current research, these info sessions introduce key concepts in psychedelic-assisted therapy.

  • Introduction to Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy(KAP) (2 hrs):
This session explores the foundations of KAP, including its mechanisms of action, clinical applications, and the therapeutic rationale. Participants will gain an understanding of how KAP fits into the broader landscape of both therapy practice and psychedelic-assisted care.
  • Harm Reduction and Psychedelic Integration 101 (2 hrs):
With more clients turning to psychedelics in both clinical and non-clinical settings, practitioners are increasingly called to provide supportive integration. This session offers an accessible introduction to harm reduction principles and practical strategies for early integration work.

Cost: This program is offered free as a way to build community in NYC and foster psychedelic competence in therapists.

Ketamine Experiences for Therapists

These small-group programs are designed to give therapists the opportunity to try ketamine themselves and directly explore how it can support their own healing, growth, and self-awareness while also fostering an understanding of how ketamine can be applied therapeutically. Framed as both a personal and professional learning space, these groups emphasize experiential learning.

  • Programs are offered in half-day and weekend-long formats

Cost: Ranges from $450 to $4,000 depending on program length and services. Participation is based on clinical eligibility. Fees cover educational and facilitation components; medical evaluation and prescribing are billed separately by the medical provider.

Psychedelic Psychiatry Services

InnerMost provides medical and psychiatric support to help therapists integrate ketamine-assisted work into their practices. By managing the medical aspects of treatment, we allow clinicians to explore how ketamine can enhance the therapeutic work they are already doing with clients.

  • Individuals: one of our medical providers works with you to prescribe ketamine for your clients, offering intramuscular, intravenous, and Spravato ketamine
  • Group: InnerMost partners with practices to deliver small-group ketamine sessions to your clients. These programs not only create meaningful therapeutic opportunities for clients, but also allow clinicians to gain direct, supervised experience with psychedelic-assisted work.

Clinical Supervision Groups

We provide clinical supervision for therapists who are looking to expand their knowledge and skills in working with psychedelics.

These groups provide a supportive environment for clinicians to bring case material, receive constructive feedback, and learn from both peers and experienced supervisors.

Through regular discussion, participants gain deeper insight into the nuances of psychedelic-assisted care — including preparation, integration, ethical considerations, and working with challenging experiences. We are currently opening up both 10-week cohorts as well as an ongoing closed group, creating space for therapists to grow in confidence, sharpen clinical judgment, and cultivate a community of shared learning and mutual support.
