Jasmin Perrier, LMSW, believes in each person’s capacity to learn, change, and grow. As a Black, queer woman of Jamaican descent, she is intentional about creating a safe and affirming therapeutic environment where clients can explore their intersectional identities and the many parts of themselves. She approaches her work through a strengths-based lens, encouraging self-exploration while fostering self-compassion. Jasmin values collaboration and enjoys working alongside clients to better understand their needs, goals, and existing resources.

Jasmin grew up in Washington, D.C., and now lives in the Bronx. She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and received her Master of Social Work from Columbia University’s School of Social Work, where she also completed a certificate in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy.

She works with individuals, young adults, and couples. Jasmin has experience supporting clients who struggle with anxiety, panic, depression, PTSD, trauma, domestic violence, substance use, and executive dysfunction.

Her clinical training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy. She integrates these modalities thoughtfully, tailoring her approach to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.
