Marissa is an integrative psychotherapist working with individuals and couples seeking meaningful change, self-understanding, and greater emotional resilience. Her approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to each client’s unique goals and lived experience.

She holds a Master’s degree from Columbia University and was a member of their inaugural Psychedelic Therapy Training Program. Her work integrates evidence-based modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and somatic psychotherapy, alongside mindfulness and stress-regulation approaches. Marissa provides ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, as well as preparation and integration support for work with non-ordinary states of consciousness. For those who are interested, she also weaves breathwork, movement and meditation into the therapeutic process.

Her work is informed by diverse prior experience as an owner-operator of restaurants in New York City and abroad, along with a background in the art world and international import/export—shaping a grounded, relational approach to supporting clients through complexity, transition, and growth.
