Valentin Somma combines operational leadership with deep experiential understanding of the modalities shaping the future of mental health care.

He brings a decade of experience in strategy, economics, and systems-level thinking: he worked as a strategy consultant for Lykos Therapeutics, supporting the Therapy Education team, as well as a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), advising organizations on growth, operations, and complex changes.

In parallel with his consulting career, Valentin is a trained Internal Family Systems (IFS) Practitioner (level 3), and regular Program Assistant for level 1&2 trainings with the IFS Institute, grounding his strategic work in a deep understanding of human psychology and healing. He has witnessed times and times again the power of curiosity, gentleness, and compassion.

He holds a PhD in Economics from Columbia University, and a Masters in Engineering from École Polytechnique, France.
