Cynthia Shereda, LMSW, is an integrative psychotherapist who specializes in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) alongside traditional psychotherapy. She works with individuals seeking deeper healing from trauma, anxiety, depression, and periods of life transition. Her approach combines careful clinical preparation, supportive guidance during non-ordinary states of consciousness, and thoughtful integration work to help clients translate insight into meaningful, lasting change.

Cynthia earned her Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University’s School of Social Work in the Advanced Clinical Practice track and was part of the inaugural cohort of Columbia’s Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Training Program. Her clinical work is grounded in trauma-informed care and incorporates EMDR as a core modality for processing traumatic memory and emotional patterns, alongside Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and clinical hypnosis.

Before becoming a psychotherapist, Cynthia spent more than 30 years in corporate law advising global organizations and leading diverse teams of professionals. This background informs her grounded, thoughtful approach to helping clients navigate complexity, high-pressure environments, and personal transformation.
