Paulina Espanola, MPH, PMHNP-BC is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a keen interest in the therapeutic potential of non-ordinary states of consciousness. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Riverside College and her Master of Science degree from Hunter College. Her clinical approach is grounded in creating a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment in which individuals can explore their experiences with curiosity and intention.
