Tzurty Mermelstein, LMSW

Psychotherapist

Tzurty Mermelstein, LMSW, is a psychotherapist who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, complex trauma, identity questions, and existential distress. She is especially drawn to working with those who feel disconnected from themselves, are living with the effects of early emotional wounds or neglect, or are seeking a deeper sense of meaning, belonging, and inner coherence.

Her approach is relational, trauma-informed, and depth-oriented, drawing from somatic therapy, parts work, and experiential psychotherapy. She has specialized training in psychedelic-assisted therapy, including ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and psychedelic preparation and integration, and brings a strong interest in the intersection of trauma, consciousness, and transformation. Her work is also informed by nervous system awareness and the ways early attachment and relational experiences shape identity and emotional life.

Tzurty has a particular interest in spiritual and religious trauma, ontological shock, and the disorientation that can arise during periods of profound inner change. She works collaboratively to create a grounded, compassionate space where deeper exploration and lasting healing can unfold.
